Sertac Yeltekin

Sertac has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector as a senior manager and  management consultant. 

He is the General Partner and Co-founder of Purpose Venture Capital in Singapore. He is also the  Co-Founder of Etkiyap, the first impact investing platform in Turkey, 

He has been Chief Operating Officer for Insitor Partners, a Singapore-based Venture Capital firm, active in impact investing to support social entrepreneurship in South and Southeast Asia since 2017.

Prior to Insitor, Sertac was Senior Vice President at Unicredit Banking Group from 2002 to 2017 in Italy with numerous C-suite and Board membership roles in asset management, banking, finance & planning and human capital management divisions. 

Before joining Unicredit in 2002, Sertac worked as a management consultant in Turkey, Israel and Italy at Bain & Company between 1998 and 2002.

Jay Ha

Jay Ha is the Asia partner of IP3, a global citizen that has lived in various parts of the world. He was born and raised in Seoul until he was 10 years old, after which he moved to different parts of the globe. He spent time in Europe, the Philippines, Australia, and China, the experience of living on 4 different continents as well as traveling to 30 different countries have shaped his idea of the world and developed his acumen for different cultures. An alumnus of China Europe International Business School, where he was the youngest candidate for the Global Executive MBA he used this opportunity as his key building block to opening Asia to the world.

Since graduating from CEIBS, Jay worked as the Head of Korea for China’s leading social media/e-commerce platform Xiaohongshu (小红书 or RED) which has over 300 million users and achieved USD 10 billion GMV with 60,000 brand stores followed by more than 500,000 user-generated contents daily. Expanding his business in Asia, he co-founded and invested in Persona Media, a leading digital marketing, MCN, and AdTech company based in Shanghai and Seoul. Persona Media acquires the exclusive rights to manage the social media for western celebrities and brands across the top social media platforms in China and Korea. A few celebrities in its roster include popular DJs Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, film stars like Gerard Butler, television stars like Damon Wayans Jr. and Emma Dumont, additional musicians like Akon, and a multitude of other prominent talents across film, television, music, and sports.

Furthering his success in the world of business, he has invested in over 80 companies globally from Web2, Web3, E-commerce, and other industries. Some of the companies that he has invested in are Bloc Power, Air Protein, Plant Prefab, Zum Vet, Aqua Development, Moduit, My Suki, Kiki, Cover io, Evrnu, Playdex, and Ethlas. Working as an investor and partner in different parts of the world has shaped his global point of view, fully understanding and adapting to the markets of North America and Europe. His greatest asset allows him to bridge Asia to the world where he can create value beyond any project, acting as the perfect balance of yin and yang.

Furthering his investments, he became a general partner for Zingforce Ventures in Singapore. A venture builder with a vast international network in Fund Raising & Business Development. Zingforce originates new deals and advises founders through business and venture partners in Singapore, South Korea, Italy, Turkey, the Philippines,

and the UK. In parallel, Jay feels the need to create a positive impact on society, thus he became an Advisory Board Member for Purpose Venture Capital. Which is a fund that supports founders to build sustainable and profitable tech businesses through purpose-aligned capital. The goal of the fund is to enable founders to align their values and mission with their ownership and financing structures mobilizing more capital towards purpose-driven companies delivering strong financial returns and positive impact on people and the planet. Its mission is aligned with creating innovative solutions aimed at advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

As his interest in impact investing grows, Jay became a founding member of Unreasonable, which aimed at re-purposing capitalism. It supports Fellowship for growth-stage entrepreneurs, channels exclusive deal flow to investors, and partners with institutions to discover profit in solving global problems. Since its inception Unreasonable has 306 ventures in under its fellowship, which operate across more than 180 countries and have collectively generated $5.4 bn in revenue, raised $7.1 bn in venture financing, and are continually positively impacting the lives of more than 720 million people worldwide.

Jay believes that the future of the IP business is in Asia. As the world has shifted to web 3.0, he has decided to dedicate his time and effort to becoming a pioneering pillar for web 3.0 in Asia and the world. He sees that IP3 is a true web 3.0 network, and as web 3.0 grows to the mainstream, he wants to use the collective resources and capabilities he can bring together to change the IP ecosystem and truly bring it to the next level.
